Fella showed up and gave my sister-in-law a hard time. She's still upset and he's been gone for hours. She apologized for the less than direct path to the tank, but his attitude tells me someone ought to buy that fella some flowers and tell em how special he is. I think he needs a hug so he might have the capacity for kindness, compassion, and understanding on his next trip. <3 Thanks for delivering before the storm!

Unsure why the last reviewer would give 3 stars and say there are better companies out there. BC has been great to do Business with and have always been courteous and friendly when speaking with them. They have always responded to message left on VoiceMail. They have always delivered when they say and have actually delivered early for me. I've called the day the would be in my area for Oil as I had run-out and despite the driver being out delivering, they were able to get a message for him to deliver to my house. I've called other Companies and they have NOT been as responsive nor as friendly. If you leave review with 3 stars you really should expound on the reason you give 3 stars instead of reviewing with ambiguity. I'm sure there are also "better customers" out there......

If you like dealing with rude and disrespectful behavior, this is the place for you! If you want to be lied to and not get a delivery when you're supposed to, then this is the company for you. Then act like it's the customers fault lol The worst customer service ever at best! Now they're withholding my money for 15 days! Keep playing!

Well it's always bin a great experience. And yes times have changed but we all can only do our best. Them to get deliveries out and us to remain calm during tough times while we wait. . I have hard time with that aspect. Lol everyone has those times where just can't get it all done. I thought the crisis was over but it's not. Lot more people now and not enough ways to get deliveries done on time. Or when told a date. Good to know for future . Give em time. They are good people doing best they can. So I appoligize to Tonya especially. And drivers. Hoof in mouth syndrome I have .lol come on spring.
