We are extremely disappointed with our experience. We paid a 50% deposit on December 30, 2025, after being clearly told the job would take 2–4 weeks. Today is February 22, 2026, and the fence has still not been moved. From the beginning, we explained there is a court order in place regarding the encroachment and that timing was important. We also made it clear that we do not need a brand-new fence — we only need the existing fence moved based on the surveyor’s measurements. This should not be a complicated project. Weeks went by with no action. We kept being told it would be done “this week,” then “next week,” then even “the next day.” At one point we were told a tree needed to be removed and that it was being handled. That was weeks ago. Had 600 foot of fence installed. Looks great crew was very friendly and and did an excellent job. Austin did my estimate and kept me posted on delivery of the materials and scheduling for the install. All in all very easy and worth it.
