Ron called because he was able to come early. A great start. He assessed the problem I was having and tried multiple ways to replicate it, but was unable to. He explained many possible reasons for why I was having a problem and gave very good advice on not only how to try to avoid the problem again, but suggested I buy a device that could warn me of a possible water leak. I offered to pay him for the house visit and his time, but he refused. When was the last time you experienced that? Polite, professional, knowledgeable and I’d recommend him any time. I cannot say enough about today's visit. We have been having trouble with our septic system for the past two years and have called multiple companies to rescue us. Finally, our plumber suggested Evergreen and not only did the technicians (both professional and courteous) spend the time to figure out the problem, they actually fixed it. We are thrilled!
