Evergreen Lawn & Pest Control

Unfortunately after a year of service and prompt payments they rammed a riding mower into our gate, destroyed it and stopped our automatic payment to them after a complaint, stopped answering our emails and several voicemails asking for a way to make things right. Absolutely do not recommend. People can be terrible and this is a prime example of it, no responsibility. Please do not hire them.

I was really impressed when we initially hired Evergreen to manage our lawn and shrubs. Then something happened. As this summer wore on, they blithely watched as our lawn was getting worse and worse. I asked them to come and see what was wrong. Guess what? They claimed it was MY fault for not irrigating properly. This was after three weeks of almost daily rain and storms. So, I reached out to some lawn professionals who actually drove bores into the soil at several places. They found watering was adequate and we have both mole crickets and web worms eating our grass. Evergreen was supposedly treating for these pests. Sadly, I gave them too long to fix it and now my lawn requires serious effort to recover the grass we used to have. I had to fire them and now it will be an expensive

Honestly this pest control company has been amazing - professional, kind, informative, problem solvers and amazing at keeping pests at bay. Caleb is one of their technicians and he is a pure pleasure to work with. When he shows up I know that I can go right back to working because he is thorough and takes care of all issues not just the surface issues. We live in Florida everyone and so do the bugs but if you are using Evergreen and Caleb you will not only be bug free but absolutely bugless ! Thank you Caleb and Thank you to all of the Evergreen staff for making my home a better place.

So I got a good quote on termite treatment and had them give me a quote on doing my lawn maintenance at the same time. They were much more expensive than tru green. But convinced me that they would do a better job. The guy took pictures of my lawn and I made an explicit agreement with them not to start my lawn service for at least 5 weeks because tru green had already been contracted to do my lawn and was coming out within the week. I also asked for advanced notice of them doing any work. My front yard was damaged and was only about 25 percent saint Augustine. But my back yard besides s spot near the lake was Pristine. Trugreen came out and treated. Evergreen came out and treated the next day. They didn’t notify me they were coming out as I requested. Didn’t come out in 5 weeks as agreed
