I am beyond frustrated with my experience trying to get service from EverPro Restoration. All I wanted was to schedule an appointment for mold restoration, and it has been absolutely impossible. No one answers the phone, no one calls back, and I feel like I’m being completely ignored as a customer. For a company that is supposed to specialize in urgent issues like mold, this kind of lack of response is unacceptable. I have spent days trying to reach out just to get on the schedule, and I still have nothing to show for it. At this point, I don’t even know if they care about new customers or if they’re simply too unorganized to manage basic communication. It should not take this much effort just to set up an appointment. This is not only unprofessional, it’s also extremely disappointing. B

In my experience I would avoid this company at all costs. They installed small tarp on the front of my house and came one other time time to remove it for a brief inspection of the area and then placed it back. We got a bill for over 6k for just this. It had Maybe 200$ in Material if that.shame shame
