Unfortunately, there was an issue with the wrong product being shipped by the manufacturer, but he took care of me and informed me immediately. He worked with us to find a scope of work that fit our budget, scheduled the work immediately, and did a top notch professional job. Unlike many in this field, Mitch is an EXCELLENT communicator - very clear and responsive - no funny business.
