Don't confuse these with Easy to Install, DIY Systems!! These Are Not! No Warranty if Self Installed. Don't confuse these with an American Made product with American Support. You don't seem to get Either! Installers seem to be Fly By Night Workers!! Go get a Mr. COOL!!!

Product works well. Our installation was clean and efficient by Gonzalo. Looking forward to a cool garage when summer hits SW Florida!!

Great mini split. This the only brand I trust to do install so far already install about six and one the compressor was making weird noise. Now I will need to get new compressor.

No labor warranty. Don't know parts from one unit to the next. You have to find the part in the unit before they know what it is! Didn't last much over a year. Pile of Crap!! If this is American made, might want to get My next one from China!!!
