I initially called on 2/13. I left a voicemail quickly received a callback. Dan( I think was his name) came out and assessed our garage door. He did mention he wasn’t able to fix it but he would need to order the parts but he would be in contact with me someone time Monday. The week of 02/16-02/20 went by and no call. I called him, today 2/23 at 9:52 and it went to voicemail. I spoke to my coworker who referred me to him. She called him and he answered right away( she hung up right away) I called again and my call went to voicemail. I was able to get Jim’s garage doors out today. And had great service.

Andy repaired my broken garage door spring on very short notice. I could not be happier with the job he did. He is friendly and efficient. I highly recommend doing business with him.

Both Andy and Kyle were very professional and explained my options and went through the costs so there were no surprises. My door was damaged and the new door was on a three month backorder so Kyle was able to do a temporary repair to my current door so I could use my garage until the new install. My door arrived a few weeks earlier than expected and Kyle installed the door and a new opener without delay. I’m very satisfied with the service and lifetime warranty they provide.
