This company seemed really promising at first for my large primary bathroom remodel. Once contracts were signed and the project began the red flags started raising and the level of service and attentiveness significantly declined. There were countless issues throughout each step of the remodel and the way that these issues were handled was really disappointing and unsettling. Attention to detail was severely overlooked despite raising concerns with their staff. After 11 long weeks of dealing with this remodel, I am unfortunately not happy with the quality of work or customer service received. Overall I had a genuinely bad experience and would not recommend to anyone I care about.

Unfortunately, I regret hiring this company for my primary bathroom remodel. Google was taking too long to approve photos, but ultimately its important for consumers to write reviews to ensure others do not make the same mistake I did. In my opinion, based on a recent project with this company the quality of work is subpar, the customer service is absent and disappointing, and the timeline was at least 2x longer than promised (4-6 weeks confirmed many times and ended up 11 weeks when I no longer allowed this company back in my home). This company charges quality prices and doesn't deliver based on my experience and has excuses for everything. Not only was the work often redone, anytime products were damaged was met with "it must have came that way" as a common excuse. I personally checked

We used Kent General Contracting to renovate our kitchen. They were amazing to work with in every aspect—extremely responsive to any questions or concerns high quality work and very professional. Our project was completed on time and we couldn’t be happier with it. We will definitely use Kent General Contracting for any future projects and would highly recommend them to anyone!

Ryan and Rick guided us with every step of the way. They completed our first floor with new flooring, a fully functional upgraded kitchen, an amazing family room and bathroom. In addition to new stonework, siding and a new backyard deck. Ryan and his team have done a phenomenal job throughout and exceeded all expections. We highly recommend them.

Skyla helped me pick out the most zen and relaxing color scheme for my kitchen. I commend her on her level of patience cause I had a really difficult time choosing exactly what i wanted but it was amazing in the end.
