While the company was quick to install the unit, any request for follow-up service was met with evasive responses. I was told three separate times to “call back in 3-4 weeks,” only to eventually be informed they were outright refusing service. On top of that, their pricing is excessive - they even charge for travel time to your location. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone seeking reliable support or fair pricing.

I had a fantastic experience with EVo Air Conditioner and Ivaylo Enchesv. He’s an incredibly trustworthy person who truly loves his work. The job was done efficiently, with great attention to detail. Everything was left clean and tidy, and the quality of the installation was top-notch. On top of that, the service was very affordable without compromising on quality.
