Tech Carter was had really good communication with me which I truly appreciated. He did a really good job would recommend requesting him as he actually took the time to ask questions and tell me the truth. Only reason I can’t give a 5* is due to things that were told to me when I first signed with the company. First was my main reason is because I had mice in my attic, so when I contacted the company I explained my situation and asked multiple times about going in the attic and clean up. So I was told that yes the tech would go up there and place bait trap and if rodent dies they would get it long as it visible and not stuck in a wall. So first technician comes out I tell him what was told he tells me he has no ladder etc but will get back with me try to get one never happened. O well it’s

We had Grant come out to take care of some fleas, and he was amazing! He took extra time asking where we noticed the flea problem at most, and explained how everything works also. Could not be happier with the service provided!
