Jonathan was very professional, God fearing, friendly, and quickly diagnosed the issue with my AC unit. Everything was explained clearly, and all questions were answered. Not only did he come out the same day he ensured that he submitted proper documentation to my home warranty promptly so that he could get the process started. Throughout this whole process he kept me informed and involved. I honestly believe if he could have fixed it the same day he would have. As I'm sure many others have experienced, my AC unit died in August (super hot). Initially, the guys tried repairing but it couldn't be repaired. Jonathan and his crew took amazing care of me. Instead of waiting for delivery they drove to pick up the unit. I'd heard horror stories from others about their AC repairs. Not my guys. BTW, they are some of the most well mannered, knowledgeable and professional young men I've had the pleasure of dealing with in a long time. I'd recommend EC & H to anyone anytime.
