Evolution HVAC LLC

Would not recommend Evolution HVAC LLC or co/owner James Burrell for anything. Poor follow through, Doesn't return calls or emails for the most part. One year LATER. Damages the new furnace and denies it, I was there and I saw him hit the door with his hand to seat it while the blower was winding down. New to the business (2019) and has selective memory when dealing with problems associated with the installation, most of which they created. Furnace shakes when running like an out of balance blower or bucket wheel. Says he doesn't see it, very obvious when the furnace runs on high, (variable speed) not a vibration but an actual shaking. If you put a tool on the furnace it would vibrate off. Could this possibly be the cushions that help with vibration that only 2 of them were in contact with
