Great Ewing branch. To be honest, 8ve had problems here in the past, like 3 years ago. I hated going here because the staff was rude. One of the staff members actually told one of my employees that I was a jerk (there's a worse word that he used, but I'll keep it clean). Something changed with the culture here since then. Everyone, and I mean everyone is focused on customer service. Congratulations on whatever you are doing there that has made such a positive improvement.
