I kept giving chances but finally I realized every time I go there it is unmistakeable how unhelpful, rude and cold all the staff are. They treat you as if you are a nuisance and then the return policies are just unreasonable and ridiculous. And their prices are not even great. Some are gouged honestly. I really don’t know how they keep going, I think it’s just supply and demand. I went in last time, thinking, let me give one more shot. That was the last bad experience I’ll have there. Not going back.

Not a good place to go if you are really needing a product. When you call, they will say they hve it. But when you make the trip to get it, thy will say- oh no! Sorry! We don’t carry tht!! Very disappointed!!☹️ From previous reviews, this is not the first time this hs happened!!

Will not allow homeowner returns. Charlie was helpful but this place is way too expensive to justify the visit - especially when you're not able to bring back unused items. Stay clear

I really like shopping there and getting all my irrigation parts because they make me feel at home and Jose and Charlie they're really good people they always totally satisfied my needs and give me the advice I need to complete my jobs when I need it I totally would recommend them for any of your outdoor needs

I went to buy some round valve box extensions after being told by an employee named Matthew that they had them. Well i go in and speak with a girl named Charley. She informs me that they dont carry NDS products. Does not even try to answer my questions and tells me that she just sells parts. I was very diss-satisfied with her customer service. Will not be going back here unless i can not get parts anywhere else.
