I called the Hastings location in search of hard to find items. George enthusiastically offered to help and found the items in another state. He had them shipped to NY and then George personally delivered them to me. He even neatly stacked the materials. I couldn't ask for more. Will definitely be using them again. And give George a raise!

Phenomenal service. Everybody in the store is very knowledgeable with the trade and extremely responsive. One guy in particular is George. George not only makes the day delightful when I am in the store, but also has amazing customer service skills and is highly proficient when it comes to Irrigation Systems and Turf Diseases. Thank you all at the store who make my job much simpler and easier.
