Bi lingual… but great with oddities in stock.. call first multiple locations not every location has the item you want in stock. You might drive 40 mins or maybe to Dallas to Houston for it (4hours).. but they ship to other stores from what I was told.. but not locally.

Customer service is great. I purchased a rebuild kit for a 2” backflow preventer. When I got to the job I realized the backflow needed to be replaced. When I returned I asked if I could get a refund on the rebuild kit. No questions asked they did it. I was surprised because. Most companies charge a restocking fee…they didn’t. Two weeks later I returned to purchased the back flow preventer. They were the best price. Definitely a go to in the future.
