Just had a seemless experience buying everything we needed to do our first drip irrigation system Rudy and Zack were so patient with us. We knew mostly what we wanted but brought in a draft with the layout of our yard and the measurements. They gave us recommendations and patiently waited as we determined exact lengths and quantities of all the things we needed. While we had some idea already of what was needed, their expertise was valuable to making sure we left with all the necessary items to set up our first ever drip system. Guys.... If you read this....THANK YOU again! I know you don't typically handle design or determining the quantities needed but your assistance and customer service was appreciated and very helpful!

Came in looking for 1/2" couplings. The guy at the register pointed me to the isle, but there were one there. When I came back and asked him for help, he walked me to the isle and pointed at black couplings which he said were 1/2", but they were not (they were 0.71.) when I pointed it out to him, he said, "then I don't know". The other guy at the register was no more helpful. Don't know what came over them; they are usually helpful. Made me feel like not coming back

My brother and father, both contractors, recommended Ewing for its great stock. Unfortunately, they have extremely poor customer service. As I began asking the young man at the counter a question, he interjected, before I finished, "I'm not going to hold your hand. The supplies are over there and you need to figure it out". Fortunately, a kind customer heard the interaction and proceeded to help me with my question. This seems to be a store for individuals who know what they want and not for people that might need any assistance. I think it's likely they do not care, but they have lost my entire family as customers today.

I've been shopping here for over 30 years, and the counter help they have now is very good and helpful.
