Exact Flooring

We contracted Exact Flooring to remodel our main bathroom. We wanted a walk-in shower with a glass wall. Jay told me they would do all the tile work, but he didn't do the glass. I asked, at the beginning, if we should include the glass provider in the design. I was told that wasn't necessary. The glass provider would measure after the tile was completed. The tile work is beautiful. I have no complaints with the quality of the tile work. The problem is that 3 different glass providers have come out to measure the shower for the glass wall and said it needs to be 73 1/8 inches long and they can't provide anything over 72 inches. Just had my entire floor layout (with the exception of my carpeted bedrooms and den) replaced from tile to luxury vinyl, and I could not be any more pleased with the outcome! Jay G was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping us decide what we exactly wanted and what would work the best for us. He was very flexible and easy to work with, and was very accessible and easy to reach. His estimate did not yield any unpleasant surprises on the final invoice. We purchased almost an entire house of luxury vinyl plank from Exact Flooring. Over the course of the next year or so the floor curled and started to break off. This was a manufacturers defect. It took six months but Exact Flooring did fight for us with the manufacturer to have it replaced. Eventually the flooring was replaced with flooring from a different manufacturer. A big thank you to Eric at Exact Flooring for standing up for us.

Great carpet, terrible installation. Bubbles near the walls, they ripped a hole in it while installing it and left dirt detains from their shoes. I paid extra to have the furniture moved and put back and they left half my bedroom set in the kitchen. Tried to get a hold of the owner but he is hardly in the store and never received a call back. Love the carpet though, very stain resistant and easy to clean.

We had a wonderful experience buying tile from Exact Flooring. There installation team were the best contractors we have had since moving to SC. They worked hard and cleaned up routinely through the project. Our project turned out beautiful!
