3 weeks ago I Received a call from Charlie regarding my request for Accordion Shutters. he was very courteous and polite. He sent a technician to my house in less than an hour. The technician was Norman. He gave me an estimate and measured all my windows. I have an HOA at my community, Charlie submitted all of the documents to them and it was approved. He also worked on my city permit and got it done for me. Norman did an excellent job installing my accordion shutters, he was super nice, respectful of my time, and installed them correctly. What a wonderful and seamless experience! I am a contractor/handyman and one of my clients needed me to switch out their shutter locking rods that had rusted screws. I looked all over and Better Shutters are the only place that had them locally. Charlie at the front desk was an excellent help. He took my order and the rods were ready even earlier than when he told me to expect them! The prices were great too! I know where I’ll be going next time I need shutter parts and who to recommend when I client asks me for a recommendation for shutters!

We used Exacta Tech Inc Better Shutters for our electric shutters for our home. They were amazing. Professional work and excellent results. We would highly recommend them to anyone. The price was fair and the job was completely in a timely fashion.

Exacta Tech worked on my existing accordion shutters to make sure they were in perfect condition for hurricane season. Some parts had to be replaced and they made sure the bolts were easy to adjust, the tracks were cleaned and the locks were in working order. It was quite a job because they were 20 years old. In addition they contact me just before hurricane season to do maintenance to keep them in good working order. Terrific company to work with. I highly recommend their services.

ABSOLUTELY CRAZY how long we’ve been waiting for our shutters to be installed. We completely paid in full our invoice and even paid for a change order. Yet, it’s been MONTHS and we have not received any notice regarding the remaining shutters. I’ve called Charlie and Carlos and they never have a response to give me. They seem to always be too busy with other projects, other than the one thats been paid for since months prior. Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful.
