Brenda was great at helping me with the process. Jerry was knowledgeable and answered any questions that I had. They replaced my entire failed septic and leach field within the month and were onsite for about a week. They even seeded the lawn where the work was done and all in all I feel very good about the work I saw in putting the septic in. They took a scary expense and made it all good way faster and painless than I could have ever imagined.

When you are representing a business, you should drive as such. Driver is very inconsiderate to the point I pulled over to let him pass me, rode the next person's butt, then proceeded to pull into a parking spot in the middle of Stafford Springs without a directional. It's just rude; with a licence plate and sticker in the back window that advertise your business you should want to do better than that.

Delivered food all the way from Ludlow only for the employee Logan to remove my tip once it was delivered. Food was still hot and I was on time. No reason why he did to me. I would never recommend this business just because of that. Not cool at all!

After recently moving into our new home, we were experiencing some septic tank issues and Excavation Plus provided immediate support to address the problem. Came over same day to investigate and repaired the problem the next day. The team also went above and beyond to solve a different issue caused by a chain drain cleaning service. 10/10 would recommend!
