Which is a fascinating standard, because most people prefer their cabinets to remain the same shape they were when installed. To all tract home developers searching for cheap cabinets, go with Excel Cabinets Inc.: They’re the budget option that proves you CAN get less than what you pay for—cheap materials, cheap looks, poor customer satisfaction. Not only do they use broken wood and flimsy particle board to build their cabinets, but they’ll install them with random bits of unfinished trim, complete with holes right on the cabinet faces for that “extra rustic” look! Prepare for the long haul! This relationship will you keep you very connected, although it might leave you a bit unhinged (just like their doors!) You’ll be calling them often to go give their broken work a face lift. Don’t worry, they do have a great cabinet painter! He will painstakingly paint that wood grain pattern where they pushed the wood

Just bought a new home and the builder used this cabinet company. They are very poorly made. The skin was peeling from the cabinets less than one year of living in my home. The builder had them fix one of cabinet frames during our walk through. They only offer a one year warranty. That speaks to the quality of their cabinets. I’m really not sure how they’re still in business.

Stay away! Our house is 6 years old. Excel did the cabinets on the original build and they warped within 2 years. They did replace in 2020, but 4 years later 3 of the doors replaced are now failing (Thermafoil bubbling up/off). I have called customer service dozens of times with ZERO response. I realize they are out of warranty (another issue), but can't even get help with replacements that I am willing to pay for. It's extremely terrible customer service. I do not recommend.

ABSOLUTELY NOT! Terrible company. Bought a new house and the builder hired this terrible company to install the cabinets. When we moved in , all the cabinet doors were installed uneven as if they were playing Tetris. The doors were not flat and they didn’t close right. Finally this company came and tried to fix all of the cabinets, but some of them are still messed up. We attempted to schedule two appointments, the first one they canceled last minute and today my husband took a day off to have them come and they were a no show. This company is a freaking joke. Shame on you guys for trying to persuade us that the cabinets are fine.
