Excel Cabinets

I’d like to start with the things Excel did well. Their pricing is competitive, I had used them for 2 full home jobs one new construction and one remodel. They are also very responsive to calls, emails and texts which is appreciated. My first kitchen order went pretty smoothly, some fixes all of which were handled in a timely matter. My second order full kitchen and 4 bathrooms has had a number of issues which I understand happens but they’ve disappointed with prioritizing fixes. I’m flipping a townhouse and ordered new cabinets and countertops. The cabinets they ordered were the wrong color (a brown instead of a Carmel color) but worked in the space so said they could keep them to avoid delays. Excel has done two kitchens for us and we were very pleased with both! Greg was a great designer--helping me get a design that was functional and looked good. They were more affordable than the others that we got quotes from. I was also really happy to find out we could do a custom paint color on the cabinets-- it all turned out just how we wanted!

I love my cabinets, I’m sure they will be beautiful if they ever get finished. This process has been ridiculous. They were ordered the first part of July, and they’re still not finished. I’m so discouraged and disappointed.

Excel cabinets are the best! Mark is awesome and their whole team did an amazing job for me. Only place I’ll buy my cabinets!
