No power to several outlets. The technician was quick. He thoroughly explained what happened and what needed to be done. Had everything going again quickly and is scheduling upgrades to other outlets in the home. Fantastic service. And the price was very reasonable, too. VERY highly recommend them.

Excel Electric Heating and Cooling did an outstanding job. They stated that they would be here between 7:30-8:30am. They showed up at 7:30, and initially got the unit going. A couple hours later, it still had issues, and they came right back out. After further assessment, it was determined to change the Blower, so a third visit needed to complete the repair. I was very pleased that Excel stayed on the repair until it was fully repaired. Thanks for a job well done.

Update: We had follow up calls to resolve a complicated issue; everyone Mike Jacob Tommy Wes and Anthony were great to work with and I trust them completely: The initial call to schedule was very professional they understood what they were coming out to do had all the details organized. Scheduled my appointment promptly and the technician as perfectly on time and was clearly proficient and experienced and resolved the issue promptly. I can see why they have such high ratings and certainly earned a 5 star review from me. Thank You Excel!!

Sadly i had an issue i couldn't fix myself on a Saturday, so did a google serch and found Excel, never have had any dealings with them and have never heard of them, I have had some bad experiences with other companies in the area. Contacted Excel Saturday morning and they were very informative up front about cost and timing. So I decided to take the chance and set up a time for a service call this morning, they sent me a text telling me they were going to have Brody Cambell come do the service call and about what time he would be showing up. He did arive very close to what time they said he would be here, but it is a Saturday, so I understand that what time they say and what the actual time will differ some.
