I wanted to have a new deck built off the back of my house and I got so much more than a simple deck from Excel. Tom was genuinely excited for my deck project and he came up with the idea of turning the underneath of the deck into a play fort for my 5 year old daughter.....something I would have never thought of but that makes so much sense since I live in the city and don't have a very big backyard. Okay, from day 1 when the guys came out to our house to evaluate for a quote to the completion of the job. These folks are just outstanding. The team arrived onsite and were just so impressive! I mean they were so kind and professional, but that's not it. Believe it or not. They finish the job in just one day, lol. I've used various different fence companies and they were all "ok" but, after moving to Forest Hill, I decided to choose Excel because they were local. I called and spoke directly with the owner, Charlie, who personally came out to my new house, walked the property with me, gave his expert recommendations on the fence build and offered very competitive pricing. Excel worked within my timeframe and completed the fence in 3 days (it was almost 1000' of fencing!). Great company and customer service all around!
