Called at 11 a.m. spoke to Lori. Mike arrived by 12:40 p.m. to look at a bathroom shower faucet handle leak. I cannot say enough of the company and plumber Mike. Mike was knowledgeable, professional and double checked and tripled checked to make sure the leak from the bathroom shower faucet stopped leaking into the basement. have 4 teenagers in the house and having enough hot water for all of them to shower had been an issue for years. Water heater wouldn't light and called around. The quote i got was competitive for a new one as well as one with more gallons. Alex arrived he was pleasant and extremely knowledgeable he explained my options to me and the advantages of installing a tank less water heater. After reviewing the product for a few days and the estimate I decided to go with it. Had it installed it yesterday quickly and cleanly and the guys explained to me how to use it including options for a mobile app. So far no issues running out of hot water. Reasonably priced, work is clean and professional, plumbers were knowledgeable and friendly. Will definitely call again if we have any issues. Thanks excel
