I was really impressed with their response time when I submitted and online inquiry. Shelly called the next morning and a service tech was in touch with me shortly after and available next day. A few small hiccups but their customer service and fantastic communication stood out which make up for everything. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

Friendly, professional installation. We had a toilet and shower fixtures installed. We did have an invoice issue but Shelly was extremely responsive and we were able to resolve them immediately.

We were quoted a reasonable price range for a simple job. When the bill came in the mail it was almost $200 more in the high end of the quote. There were no complications while performing the job. Excel claimed that drive time had not been calculated.$200 in drive time is impressive. We are 15 min outside of Stevens Point.

Excel Plumbing has my loyalty. They have extremely timely service and they do an amazing job. This is the best plumbing company I have ever worked with and I plan on calling them for all my plumbing needs. Thank you. Edit: Still my favorite plumbers but a bit annoyed so dropped a star. They replaced my water line behind my fridge last year. I tried to pull it out this year to clean the coils but I couldn’t because it was so tight, the water line was too short. I called them and they extended it. But they charged $200 which I just mailed. I feel like this should have been included from the initial install and they should stand by their work. So a little disappointed but they still are the best plumbers I worked with in this area. But make sure to double check little things like this.

While the work they did fixed the problem. I found that the price they charged was immorally high compared to the size of the job and any materials used. When I inquired about the price, I found that the lady on the other end of the phone was not having a good day. Recommend shopping around and not use the first plumbing service that shows up on google.
