Throughout the project, she kept us well-informed with regular emails and phone updates and went above and beyond to ensure our Fortified roof was completed within the promised timeframe. They carefully protected our home and landscaping with tarps, removed and replaced our fall yard decorations, and cleaned up all loose nails when the work was completed. Excel Roofing is a great company to work with on all of your roofing needs. I started working with them 2 years ago when I contacted them about a roof repair I needed. They responded quickly and did great work at a reasonable price. Two years later I contacted them again when I needed to replace my entire roof. Their representative (Emily) was professional, understanding and followed through on every promise she made to me. Their crew showed up on time and completed the work in exact time frame that was promised. Out of three really good options, I’m glad I picked Excel. In my opinion they came out ahead of all in price, quality, workmanship, cleanliness and coordination. They installed a fortified roof and did an excellent job not onlyon my roof but also in verifying the process to IBHS Certified FORTIFIED Evaluator. All of this for thousands of dollars less!
