Excellence provided a repair person and time slot within 15 minutes of request. Vladyslav showed up on time and completed the job quickly. Cost was a little pricey but he did a great job.

They scheduled another repairman to come between two and four, even though I had told them that repairmen had to be out of the building. Oleg is the utmost professional going above and beyond to fix our fridge. He hunted for parts well into the night and arrived first thing in the morning to fix the fridge. He even texted back later in the evening when I had a question. He is awesome!!!
