Great company! The 1st visit William diagnosed the problem with our split air units and couldn't repair it at the moment. He was visibly unhappy with himself because he couldn't make us happy by solving our problem. That shows he takes great pride in his work. You rarely find that in today's world, unfortunately. He and the crew came back another day and was able to replace 2 units without a hitch. And it gave us a great price for both of them. One of those units would have cost more than the two they replaced for us. And they were punctual. They said they were going to arrive at a certain time and they did. And it didn't take them long to get the job done. I didn't catch the name of the boss, but he suggested we keep one of the old unit for parts in case any of the units we have breaks d

Glen and his team went to a unit of mine to do a check up service call. They were great to work with, on time, really took the time to go over everything. Glen also explained to the tenants on how to make some adjustments (ie moving the end table a little further away from the vent), also adjusted some dampers I didn't even know about!! Tenants are nice and cool, and I'm happy!!! I will be using them again in the future.

My central AC's air blower recently broke, and Glen's team provided excellent service. They were able to come out the same day to diagnose the issue. They efficiently ordered and replaced the necessary part, and I appreciated their help ensuring the part was covered under warranty, so I only paid for labor. Their pricing was reasonable.
