Excellent Exteriors

I have been working with them for approximately 5 months to fix storm damage that happened mid-March 2025. 5 months and our house is only half done. 5. Each time a crew has been out - a different crew each time - there has been something done in correctly or damage done to our property. When the roof was done, the crew pulled their trailer and left a long rut in our yard from where they pulled away. The subcontractors installed 2 whirly birds directly across from each other on the lowest point of the roof. They also added 2 additional roof vents that I did not ok and wasn’t even asked if we wanted them. The roof is buckled by the chimney and they said it was due to the flashing but they never sent anyone out to tack it back down. When our siding was done, the crew broke one of our outdoo

Really appreciated the work they did. I had a small job during all this hail work and they were able to fit me into their schedule in a timely manner and get the work knocked out for a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend using them and will use them for future work.

Can't tell you how much I was dreading the process of replacing my roof. However, Excellent Exteriors in Carlyle made it painless. These guys were GREAT from start to finish!! They took care of everything. They contacted my insurance company, They had their own public adjuster present when my insurance company's adjuster showed up. I did not have to coordinate or worry about anything throughout the entire process. They did an excellent job on the roof - completed the job in one day and left the site with no trace of being there. These guys function on another level. As you can tell, I highly recommend Excellent Exteriors in Carlyle!! I send out a big Thank You to this company!

We had Excellent Exteriors replace the roof on our garage--a small job, but Josh Jondro and his crew treated it as if it were the most important job they had. From the start, Josh was prompt in returning my calls, working with our insurance company, and getting us scheduled quickly. His crew arrived early the day of the install. They prepped the area to keep clean up to a minimum and got right to work. When the job was finished, they ensured no nails or other trash was left behind. And the roof looks fantastic! Josh Jondro and Excellent Exteriors get my highest recommendation.

The roof leaked within a year of it being put on. The company did not want to file claim with their insurance. So the inconvience and destruction to siding and wall and gutter was to complete their obligation to us. But now we are being ignored from phone calls text messages I cannot in good faith recommend this company.
