Excellent Home Maintenance

They are not reliable. They did not do what they promised they are going to do. They did not come to the appointment. Last minute, I have to find someone to do the modification of my kitchen built-in cabinet before the delivery of my new refrigerator. I called them on the phone several times and left messages but no response.

GUESS WHAT……the job never got completed Wanted to get a house cleaning for my daughter for her birthday, contacted Excellent Maintenance LLC, prompt response, very friendly over the phone, received a quote for Deep Cleaning package, made a verbal agreement, and Venmo the money that day. My daughter reached out to Mischelle to set up a date and time. The job got started on Friday but not finished, Mischelle said she would return to finish Saturday. Mischelle contacted my daughter Saturday….rescheduled for Monday. Sunday Mischelle reached out to me and wanted more money to complete the job because she had done some “extra stuff”, nope, just complete the job you agreed to do and nothing extra. Monday Mischelle had a flat tire, Tuesday Mischelle doesn’t respond……..the job never got completed.

Thank you both for doing such an amazing job on the catico mansion!! And thank you Kevin for putting so much thought into this... my heart is full of happiness because I love my cats and by creating their play house they will be happier and improve the quality of their lives.. I'm still in awe of your work. Thank you both again♥️😌

They did a wonderful job on my bath room remodel. Very professional and time efficient. I really enjoyed their service. I would recommend them to anyone.

Very very poor quality work. Had me pay before finishing and he never came back and left job absolutely unsitely. We have to pay to get redone. Horrible experience.
