1. ALWAYS get two estimates when dealing with HVAC. 2. Be sure to get one of them from Bart at Excellent HVAC. I did and am thrilled. Bart sets a high bar and brings an attention to detail that’s hard to find from service companies these days. My attic furnace had stopped working the other night when temps hit zero. The first contractor I called looked at it and said I needed a new one. Bart came over and actually got it running again even though it was frozen, clogged with blown-in insulation from the attic, and at least one part was failing. Then he gave me the bad news that I needed to replace my 20 y/o furnace and A/C unit because it probably wouldn’t run long. Upon receiving his quote, I accepted it immediately. During installation, Bart went well above and beyond my expectations.

Install went good. But had a few issues with the furnace and Aprilaire humidifier. Be careful with this company Bart will not get back to you. If you need service. I paid lots of money for this install over 16k cash and you would think he at least contact you and set something up. Nope he will not. I had to pay a company to come and rewire a few things and now it works great.

Very professional. Came in a dead of winter when our furnace died. Knowledgeable, price conscious and may I say knowledgeable again🙂 Bart’s crew showed up few days later (surprised how fast Bart was), and replaced old junky furnace and AC in less than 6 hours. Very happy with service and equipment suggested by Bart. No issues for 6 months now. I have use furnace for 5 months since install and AC for about month now. Flawless….. Price was the best I could get, service was very professional and new furnace and AC work as intended. I would highly recommend this company!
