We highly recommend Exceptional Concrete Co. Chris and his team were fantastic. Chris came out the day we contacted him to give us an estimate. He impressed my husband and we decided to go with him even though he was a little higher than another quote we got, but not by much. It was going to be about a month wait but he said he'd contact us if an opening came up and that is exactly what happened. He & his crew were timely each time they came out and everyone was professional & courteous. Chris even got in the mix of it to help his crew. His quality control was amazing - constantly checking and instructing his crew to make sure it was level, getting on the concrete drivers about how to pour the concrete correctly. I am very impressed with Christopher and his team at Exceptional Concrete. I hired them to concrete in a dog run at the back of my house while my pool cage was down. In the pictures I attached, I removed the rocks myself (I imagine they would have done it), and they took out the plant, weed matting, and the myriad of roots. To begin with, they beat other estimates I obtained except one (and the company that provided that lower estimate started out just as friendly, but they then completely ghosted me). With Christopher, I had a completely hassle-free experience - *exactly* what you hope for when you need work done (which is so unlike many companies these days who often never respond back or greatly overcharge). Chris (owner), and his team were outstanding from start to finish. I had a terribly broken driveway that needed to be removed and replaced and I couldn't be happier with the finished product! Excellent communication, super kind, quick to come out and get me scheduled, respectful, and kept a clean site/ project.
