My house has had roof leaks from the day it was new. Once fixed by Executive Homes (the repair looks horrible where the sheet rock was repaired) and then 2 more appeared and the builder denied responsibility. After I paid an independent roofer to repair those leaks (successfully) only to find a new one yesterday. I certainly could never endorse Executive/Damar Homes.
Builder did not honor agreed upon commission that was in writing. Refused to return my phone calls. We work in the same field together as they have a real estate division. Very disappointing, because I brought them many clients.
Always buy quality you can afford you'll always be happy with your purchase!
