Exeter Street Garage

Now I know why this parking garage gets horrendous reviews. I have used this garage numerous times over the years without issue and never looked at the reviews until now. But it just takes one of these parking tickets to put an end to years of loyalty. Instead of sending a letter saying there was a problem they send an outrageous bill with the threat of booting/towing my vehicle if not paid. A lot of future lost revenue on this one. I'll never be back. This is the definition of extortion. Customer service? 👎🏻 Buh-bye!

This parking is an illegal scam. There is no way to pay for parking on the spot, and they send you a "parking violation ticket" with a hefty fine of $75, 300% over the parking price. The company is a known scammer across the United States. They are being sued in Arizona. Hopefully, they will soon be out of business.

They need to figure out what the height limit in this garage is. It's posted as 6'-8", but the scrape bar at the entrance is physically set way shorter. There are sprinkler pipes throughout this place that hang low so super nerve racking with a tall vehicle that is under 6’-8” but hits the bar.

Insane scam. Charged $75 for parking. 3x what the price should be. See photo.

Price was great ($10 from 5pm to late) but you can only get in from the car entrance. The elevator doesnt work or doesnt go to the higher floors. Stairs are locked so you cant get out on your floor.
