If I could give less stars I would. I told him we were on our way and would be 5 minutes late. We ended up being 8 minutes late and this man bailed. He needs to sort his customer service skills out. Stay far far far away. If HWA gives you his contact info, tell them you want another electrician.

Told him we are running 15 minutes late. He just bailed on us. He was rude and very furious on phone was asking who will pay my money for time lost. Well he left and even lost trade call fee for bailing out. Such a genius. Would never recommend such a provider who cannot accomodate for customer.

Was referred to this company buy Home Warranty America to come out and fix an electrical meter problem Commonwealth Edison had already come out and diagnose the problem but due to the fact that it was part of the homeowners home a private contractor would have to fix it, Mike came and his diagnosis was that I needed a whole new meter panel which would require me to break new concrete patio which had been installed two years earlier. Couple of days later lights went off again, Comed came back out and had the same diagnoses the problem just lrequired me to change my meter block.ComEd representative insisted that I did not have to have an entire new panel or dig up my concrete, 2 days later ComEd sent a private contractor out he changed my meter block, the contractor installed the new meter

Mike from this company is an insufferable and and impatient man. I would give him zero stars if I could. Stay away from this man and his company. He does not answer his phone and leaves you waiting for 4 hours. Find someone else. Save yourself from this headache.

Terrible service and rude. Service guy, Mike, had me waiting for 4 hours. He literally called 5 minutes before my 4 hour window and I missed the call. When I realized he had called, I called back 30 minutes later and he said he can’t show up because I didn’t answer the phone and was rude. Rescheduled things to be available for this guy, and be didn’t care at all. Horrible service, Stay away.
