Oh where to start.... Weeding - after a season of treatments, saw zero difference in the amount of weeds. Seeding - I had a big round bare spot, they seeded, and granted it was the end of the season but theres been no growth Customer Service / Sales Team / Management - I got an email that my card on file was expiring. I called to day that I was not happy with the service at all and to please remove all card info. The rep on the phone said she would, but wanted a manager to see the lawn to see and offer a plan to fix the situation. I agreed. The next week I got another email that my card was expiring. I called back pretty angry that I was lied to on the phone, also no manager ever called. This rep apologized and removed everything which I then confirmed. A couple days after I got an emai

ExperiGreen Lawn Care has destroyed my lawn. I had a service just five days ago, and now my yard is full of crabgrass, weeds, and dry patches throughout. I called their customer service yesterday and was told that no one could come out for another five days, as the treatment had been applied the previous week. I asked to speak with a manager but was informed that no one was available. Since it was Friday at 2:00 PM, I wouldn’t hear from anyone until Monday or Tuesday at the earliest. As you can see from the photos, my lawn looks ruined. I sincerely hope a VP contacts me to explain how this issue will be addressed. I prepaid for all services, with the expectation—if not a guarantee—of a healthy lawn. Very disappointed with the service. Please beware.

The customer service here from the sales man to the tech applying the service was amazing. I want to do a special thanks to the sales man Austin that did a great job getting account set up with great prices. He helped decided the service I need, was patience with me, and got everything ready to roll with great discounts. I also want to send a huge shout out to the tech 002-Conor for the great communication and the informative information needed to take care of the lawn after the application completed. So many good advices and great job at what he does, a very hard working man that cares about his company and dedication. Good luck to you guys!

They have been out 3 times already this year and my lawn looks worst the opposite of what they claimed to do. Last year my 30 dollar bag of fertilizer from Menards kept the crab grass away. They are supposed to come back out to reapply so maybe I will have green grass by the fall. Techs obviously don’t care cause they would have noticed how bad of shape the lawn is in
