The employees were very professional and did an excellent job. They were clean, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. The manager responded to my call and handled my needs fast, I was worked into their schedule the next day. I signed a maintenance agreement with them so they can care for my AC and catch these problems before I am without air, something I never want to exoerience again.

I have used Expert Air for many years. They installed my current unit. I also use their bi-yearly clean and check services. I was fortunate enough to have Manny come yesterday. I have lived in Naples all my life and have never had such a thorough cleaning done on my a/c system. I found him very knowledgeable, hardworking and professional. I cannot recommend them enough! Expert Air began doing our A/C maintenance for our building about 3 years ago. At that time, we began using them for HVAC service. When one of our two air conditioners began malfunctioning in mid-November, I contacted them for service. They determined a new unit was needed and they were very fast to price a new unit and arrange an installation date in less than two weeks. Communication has been excellent and their work is professional. They did the work when they said they would. I recommend Expert Air highly to anyone.

Do not use this company. After a faulty installation caused a water leak which caused extensive damage in three separate condominiums, they stopped returning calls and took no action. This was after representatives of the company, including the president, viewed the damage and said they would take care of it. Previously, they had serviced this building for decades. After stringing us along for two months, I turned it over to my insurance company. Unethical behavior, poor business practices, and just plain wrong.
