Awesome experience. Very problematic Samsung refrigerator we had (with a touchscreen door model) got fixed. Been searching for an issue a several times. It was very tricky task. We almost give up on fixing it and was planning to get a new fridge. But Vitaliy, the repair specialist who was working on it, figured it out. Awesome job 👍 Very appreciated.

Worse than you can ever imagine. AHS hired them to repair my dryer on Dec. 9, 2025, still waiting it to submit report to AHS. I hate AHS And this repair company. Night mare. Still waiting worse phone service so is AHS.

Had a dryer repaired for not turning on. Just 4 months later something happened, called to use my warranty and was told I still had to pay service call ($85 plus pay labor) only cover a miminual price for part. That's no warranty, they are not about customer service. Don't use them! If you do it will break in a few months and they will tell you it is out of warranty. What a rip off!

Hired a company that’s says 7 day a week same day service. They came out and claimed the needed to rebuild my whirlpool dryer. Paid them over 200.00. 2 loads of drying later it was making the same noise. Can’t use the dryer. Called to get them to come back only to find out they are NOT 7 days a week as they don’t work weekends. Asked to speed to a supervisor who said she was the supervisor. Asked to talk to the owner. She said send an email but I should know she would be the one to respond. Totally unacceptable response. They don’t care about customers and have no integrity Go someplace else!!!
