Expert Building Services

I had been struggling all summer, with several contractors to get someone to take on the project of repairs to my collapsing garage. Within 2 weeks of contacting Expert Building Services, I had my garage reinforced till they could actually complete all the repairs. They showed genuine concern for my predicament and making sure that I felt safe using the garage. They even found someone to shovel off the roof for me through the winter should we experience excessive snowfall and it needs to be removed to ease the load on the temporary supports. I will update my review, once the actual repairs are done (hopefully in early spring), but so far they have impressed to me that they actually want to help their customers and make it right. We had an old deck resurfaced, which turned out to be a near total rebuild, and also a new landing built for an exterior door. John, Aaron, and Mike were a dream team! Knowledgable, talented and efficient. We could not have asked for a better experience!

John built new front door steps/deck, rebuilt our heavy duty well cover, & painted screen door, & 5 windows. He was able to get us on the schedule before we closed up the cabin for the winter. We are happy with his work. This is the 3rd project they have done for us. They built a large deck added to a guest cabin, built a small deck & stairs off a screened porch, & painted many windows in the past.

John and Mike and the Gang did a great job replacing our Garage roof, doing some ceiling work inside the garage, redoing the "valley" on the house so it won't leak. Additionally we had them hang 2 windows which turned out Great. We really appreciated their timeliness and they did a Great job cleaning up after themselves! We'd strongly recommend them for anything! They take pride in their work!

I hired John and his Team to rebuild my deck. I've had several homes and a restaurant that I've had remodeled in the past. I've never had a more professional, attention to detail, and communicative Company to work with. Fantastic results!
