As a very analytical person, I truly appreciated the time he took (almost 2 hours) to clearly explain my options—mini-splits vs. furnace/forced air—including the pros, cons, and costs. He was knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy. We chose Mitsubishi mini-splits, and although he estimated 4 days, the job was completed in just 2.
