I had the city water going into apartment during heavy rains for many years. Nobody could fix it but Leonid and his guys fixed it and the problem gone away. Real experts at what they do, this is the difference to get a real plumber company like Paul, and Leo. Everything was done with professionalism, they were on time, and the prices are super reasonable. Paul replaced a bath drain pipe that was clogging all the time, previously I had people snake it, but after Paul came and replaced it, I never have a single issue.
