Mark and Jonathon were fantastic and extremely professional. The job ended up being more difficult than anticipated but they were extremely knowledgeable about how to proceed. For reference, they had to move water pipes and a gas line for us and it was a huge task they accomplished. Would recommend them to anyone as they were fantastic to work with and the company is not Private Equity owned. You can tell they are committed to providing a great service for a fair price, unlike most other plumbing companies in SLC

Mika was awesome! We had to get our sewer line replaced earlier this month and he did everything he could to get us the help we needed. The plumbing manager, Aaron, did great keeping us up to date on their communications with the city. The rest of the crew who came out to help (I think Lyric, Toni, and Brandon based on my texts, but there might have been more and I apologize if I missed anybody), were great as well--they were very polite and if they needed to discuss something with us they did a great job explaining it and making sure we were okay with everything. When they were done they spent a lot of time making sure our lawn was as good as they could make it before they left. I'm very happy with everything. Everything works great!

When I want my plumbing fixed, I'd like it to be fixed in a way that the problem does not come back. You get what you pay for and I'd rather pay a little extra up-front than pay twice when the first repair fails and it has to be done again. We have had excellent experience with Expert Services for Plumbing. Especially David and David, Chandler and Mika deserve shout-outs for the quality of their work, their explanation of what they were going to do and why and their recommendations. We had a MASSIVE disaster when our connection with the main sewer system broke. Mika rode to the rescue at short notice and the Expert team involved a disaster mitigation company and by the time I got back, everything was fixed and cleaned. I have used this company for years- this is at least seven repairs on a 15-year-old house that has all the original appliances. They're always friendly, neat, and explain everything carefully so I understand. The work is always excellent and I recommend them to anyone

The service was impeccable. I called the company yesterday afternoon with a serious plumbing issue at my house, and they scheduled me for the very next day. John Harvey arrived exactly on time with all the necessary equipment. He clearly explained what the problem was, the possible solutions, and the challenges. He arrived shortly after lunch and finished about 15 minutes ago. The issue was quite serious, but he handled everything from start to finish with professionalism and confidence. John is extremely friendly, communicative, and such a pleasant person to have around. The whole experience was smooth and stress free. I do not usually write reviews, but finding a plumber and a power company that truly solve your problem is priceless. Highly recommended.
