Before you discount my review as just one bad review among numerous good ones, ask yourself this: why are all the reviews from within the last month (as of my posting this)? And why are all the reviews from accounts that have done almost no reviews. And why do almost all their profile pictures look like stock photos? It’s because this business is a scam, plain and simple. Whenever enough negative reviews like mine appear on one of their listings, they surely delete the listing, create a new one, and populate it with new fake 5-star reviews from fake Google accounts. You can see numerous examples of shadow listings for them (with different variations of names including “removal” or “restoration” and “asap”) around the region, with their own shadow variations of the same website as well. N

Their efficient water damage restoration not only fixed the issue but also prevented any future problems. Impressive work!
