Jason (the owner/CEO) came out personally to perform the estimate and was very exacting and thorough - he listened to both my general AC needs (e.g., appropriate level efficiency SEER2 rating, compressor tonnage, price and need for a top-rated, name-brand product) and specific AC issues (air distribution / ventilation issues). Curtis came out to us on a Saturday for an emergency repair to our HVAC unit. He got us back up and running super quickly. He clearly communicated next steps and pricing. Highly recommend!

Excellent service. My heat went out. I called 1st thing in the morning and Curtis was at my house with in 2 hrs. I needed a part. Not only did they get the part, but came back and replaced it within a few hours! Laura also kept me well informed about the new part and what was going on. I'm very happy that I chose Express Air Conditioning. Their care, service and professionalism is top notch!!!

No One likes calling for an AC repair, especially after hours. We contacted Express about our AC not cooling properly. Curtis came to our house about 90 minutes later. Such prompt service! He was kind, funny and was able to fix our issue quickly. We enjoyed his company and even bought the service plan he explained to us (it is a damn good deal everyone should get it!). Our total, even with the service plan was incredibly reasonable. There is a reason why we keep calling Express and it is because they hire smart technicians, like Curtis!
