Outstanding job. William the installer was very good. He went over the details to make sure he was doing what we wanted. Then he got right to work. Finished the job in one day. He was very professional and efficient. If I need my other bathroom done he can do the job!
I do love my new walk-in shower! Mr. James Jolly and Mr. Will Kirkpatrick did an awesome job removing the old shower/bathtub combination and installing the new shower with sliding doors. They were very personable, took care of our floors so that they were not damaged in the process, and kept us informed about what they were doing. They made sure that things were done according to my specifications asking questions when necessary. Even though the process took two days, they minimized the inconvenience as much as possible. And yes, the rubber duckie made for an awesome first reveal. I would highly recommend Express Bath to others. Ask for James and Will. They are a winning combination.
The sales process was good, after sales to install sucked. I had to call to get updates. However, the installers were outstanding! We had Josh H, Riley C.and Ethan B, they were on time, very professional and did a great job with a tub and a shower replacement. They are the reason I am giving a 5 star and not a 4 star!
Levi and Seth did a wonderful job installing my new shower. They were kind and professional, explaining the process at each step. They completed the job in one day and left no mess behind. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to upgrade or in need of a change to accommodate disability.
I had my old garden tub/shower converted to a walk-in shower, and I couldn't be happier with the results from Express Bath! Patrick and Josh D. (Decatur Location) were incredibly professional, skilled, and a pleasure to have in my home. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and kept everything spotless, even cleaning up meticulously after each day. Their attention to detail was amazing, ensuring everything was perfect, from the removal of the old tub/shower, replumbing, to the new installation. They explained every step, asked what I wanted, answered my questions, and gave me progress reports as they went. The final shower is beautiful, functional, and so much safer for me. I highly recommend this team for an excellent, stress-free experience
