Express Baths & Glass

I hired Express Bath to remodel our bathroom. This was to include removing the existing shower/tub, flooring, vanity, lighting, mirror, toilet and towel racks. In turn we were to get a new shower with a glass door, new vanity, and a marble counter top. I was to supply new mirrors, a toilet, new lighting, flooring and towel racks. They would be installed for us.The first day of work, two gentlemen from Uruguay removed the vanity, toilet, old flooring and shower/tub. They told me it was their first job working for Don. The second day, after a late start, the shower and vanity were installed. We were happy with the looks of both. We are so pleased with Don DeSantis and Express Baths! We were in desperate need of a remodel as the previous remodel was poorly executed with leaking and much grout and tile damage. We were searching for a fair priced bathroom remodeler to gut and completely remodel our 1990s master bath. We spoke with several companies and even considered coordinating the subs ourselves. Express Baths on paper was the best priced one-stop remodeler by far. From the beginning, Don was extremely helpful with practical suggestions for configurations and materials that we had not even considered. Once we decided to use him, he was patient as we changed our minds on materials and configurations multiple times! He was in contact with us throughout our decision process and answered all of our questions

We were severely disappointed with Don’s lack of organization and communication. We’ve had two bathroom glass doors installed by Don. Incorrect orders were placed both times. Both projects were delayed by at least 1 month when his verbalized time to project completion was 2 weeks. Communication prior to placing a deposit was fine. It deteriorated once the deposit was sent. There was no communication that the wrong order was placed and why, when the new order would arrive and when the project would be completed. We had to reach out 2 weeks later to inquire about the status of the order. Coordinating installation was frustrating. He was unresponsive to messages. We were met with rude and crass attitude once we finally reached him. We would rather pay more for reliable service and a well-mann
