Always come atleast the next day I order sometimes same day. Been using them for a long time and never have issues.
Trager delivery service excellent, driver excellent, as a home owner talked briefly with him.
Ordered 180 gallons for delivery. Credit card was charged. 3 days later, credit card was charged a different price and website stated 77.7 gallons of oil was delivered to my house, which never was. So not only did they never deliver my oil, they charged me for a random amount. Tried calling customer service and was told someone would call me back. Guess what? They never did. This will definitely be the last time we use this company. I’m running on fumes here and the weather isn’t helping. So I guess they don’t care if we freeze. What a joke.
