Express Comfort Heating and Air LLC

I was referred to Express Comfort Heating and Air, LLC by American Home Shield. The owner of the company came to my home and conveniently found reasons to have my claim denied by American Home Shield. I asked for a second opinion, and the other company promptly came out and approved my claim. I think the owner of Express Comfort Heating and Air, LLC is acting unscrupulously. He doesn’t want you to have an approved claim with American Home Shield. He just wants to collect the $125 service fee and then deny it, so you can be forced into a more expensive repair that would not be covered through the home warranty company so he can make the money. Assigned to me via American Home Shield. I am extremely disapoointed with this company - not because they made an erroneous recommendation, (which they did, as explained by three separate and reputable companies), but because of their doubling and tripling down on it when confronted with it and their refusal to make it right. Also, customer service via text message is not my idea of customer service, particularly when the customer has an issue. It speaks volumes to me about how much your company cares about the quality of its work or its customers. They just want the money, which is unfortunate. Everyone makes mistakes, but the difference between a company I am willing to give my hard earned money to and one I am not is their willingness to make things right or to at least try.

Express Comfort Heating and Air provided GREAT customer service. In scheduling my appointment, their communication was excellent and I received several notices as they arrived on-time. The problem with our A/C was quickly diagnosed and repaired immediately. They had all the parts on the truck. The technician was very professional and did a great job. I would definitely use them again. Highly recommend.

Driver was driving to close to my bumper. I was driving the speed limit on King Road. Once I pulled into the turning lane I decided to take this photo and report the driver to the owner. The driver rolled down his window and started cursing at me, and he proceeded to give me the finger and screamed "Go ahead call my boss his name is MARK. " I have called Express Comfort every day for the last 3 days and Mark is either in a meeting or left for the day. I have left my number and he has not called me back. I would not want the worker in a home with impressionable young adults or children. Nor would I work with a company whose leader fails to call back a concerned citizen.

American Home Shield contracted Express comfort heating and air to come and diagnose and fix our upstairs ac. It's been over a week and they still have not come to even check on the unit. After 3 days they scheduled an appointment for Thursday between the hours of 1 and 5. They never knocked on the door and left a note saying they missed us. We were here the entire time waiting. Then we called for days and days and they never returned a call and their email address is invalid. They told American home shield that we needed a new heating pump! They still haven't even seen our unit and have not called to reschedule an appointment. Do not waste your time. After reading more reviews Maybe it is a good thing they didn't show up to further damage my ac. At this point I have called another company
